Until recently, the last time I had painted with oils was in university, tattooing full-time and running a busy shop meant that it was difficult to continue with it. However i have been able to get back in to oil painting, starting with animal portraits initially, and then landscapes – which i plan to continue with. I exhibited the animal portraits, along with my lino cut prints at the Ilkley Art Shows in 2018 and 2019.
